This brings a strong track record of 20+ years involving major government renewal programs, private sector development portfolios and involving 150+ delivered projects (over $8+ billion GDV); including initiating and delivering large scale major projects, urban renewal in inner city and middle ring re-development programs, delivering master-planned communities and completing major capital transactions including acquisitions and disposals.
