Tom is a seasoned property and infrastructure developer and investor and is a key member of Plenary’s burgeoning property business. His development experience covers a wide range of sectors where precinct activation and placemaking is key, such as in stadiums, hotels, convention centres and other entertainment venues, transport-oriented developments and research and innovation and other health-related precincts. Tom has seen what has worked and what can be done to ensure precincts work well and deliver for their users – the first and most important measure of precinct success.
